Art 2

Located in the heart of Downtown Orlando, Art 2 transformed an existing property into a vibrant outdoor destination designed for gathering, dining, entertainment, and community engagement. The project brings together colorful public art, open green space, flexible seating areas, food truck access, and an inviting connection to the surrounding urban environment.

Working alongside Johnson-Laux Construction, APD Construction contributed to bringing the vision for Art 2 to life through a range of coordinated site and building improvements. APD’s work included concrete and site enhancements, pavers, fencing and railing elements, as well as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finish-related work that supported the functionality and overall character of the property.

The completed space offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where visitors can connect, relax, dine, and enjoy the energy of Downtown Orlando. Through its collaboration, APD Construction helped support the successful transformation of the property into a distinctive community-focused destination with lasting functionality and visual impact.
