Wadeview Water Garden Renovation

Located within Wadeview Park in Orlando, the Water Garden Renovation project focused on restoring and enhancing an existing landscape feature to improve its appearance, functionality, and long-term durability. Working directly with the City of Orlando, APD Construction carried out the renovation while preserving the character of this established community park and improving an important feature within the public space.

The project included improvements to the water garden’s concrete structures, water-control features, surrounding walkways, decking, and finishes. Existing surfaces were repaired and protected, while selected landscape and structural elements were renewed to improve both the performance and overall appearance of the garden.

Throughout construction, APD coordinated with the City of Orlando to address existing conditions and additional improvements identified in the field, including enhancements to the water garden’s curbs, weir walls, decking, and protective coatings. The completed renovation revitalized the space while helping preserve the Water Garden as an attractive and functional feature for Wadeview Park and the surrounding community.
