Located in Orlando, Florida, the AITC Science Drive Headquarters Renovation transformed an existing commercial office building into a dynamic, modern workspace tailored to support daily operations. APD Construction served as the prime contractor, delivering a comprehensive renovation across more than 5,000 square feet of office space.

The redesign features a striking industrial aesthetic—highlighted by exposed ceiling elements, polished concrete flooring, metal framing, and sleek glass partitions. Pops of vibrant lime green accents and bold color blocking breathe energy into the open-concept layout, creating a visually engaging balance between modern sophistication and creative functionality.

Key upgrades spanned both interior and exterior improvements, including four fully renovated ADA-compliant restrooms, updated exterior walls, roofing enhancements, and refreshed interior finishes throughout the facility.
