Water Conserv I WRF Operations Center Renovations

The Water Conserv I WRF Operations Center Renovations project was successfully completed, transforming an existing operations facility into a modernized and functional workspace for the City of Orlando.

The extensive interior renovations included demolition, structural modifications, new metal framing, drywall, updated flooring, interior painting, solid surface countertops, and upgrades to electrical, lighting, HVAC, and specialized laboratory exhaust systems. Improvements were also made to office spaces, laboratory facilities, a conference area, break room, gym, and IT room, creating a more efficient, functional, and organized operational environment.

With construction now complete, the project represents a significant modernization of the existing facility, combining updated interior finishes, improved building systems, and specialized operational spaces while supporting the City of Orlando's water reclamation operations.
