Title Moss Park Restroom

Located within Moss Park in Orange County, Florida, the Moss Park Restroom Facility project focused on providing new and improved amenities to enhance the comfort, accessibility, and overall experience of park visitors. Working with Orange County Parks and Recreation, APD Construction completed the construction of a new approximately 1,950-square-foot restroom facility designed to better serve the needs of the community.

The project included the construction of separate men's and women's restrooms, each equipped with three showers and accessible shower and toilet facilities. Additional features included sanitary fixtures, ADA-accessible vanities, and a utility room housing essential mechanical and electrical equipment. Exterior improvements included a rear porch with stainless-steel sinks and a front porch featuring a drinking fountain with a bottle-filling station.

The completed facility also includes four parking spaces, incorporating accessible parking accommodations for visitors with disabilities. Through the completion of this project, APD Construction helped improve the park's public amenities by providing a functional, accessible, and welcoming facility that supports the recreational needs of Moss Park visitors and the surrounding community.
