EOC Roof Replacement

The EOC Roof Replacement project focused on strengthening the building envelope of one of the City of St. Cloud’s most critical operational facilities. APD Construction completed a full roofing system replacement designed to provide dependable weather protection, improve long-term performance, and help preserve the facility’s readiness for continued use.

The project involved replacing the existing roof with a new TPO roofing system, along with related insulation, flashing, drainage, and edge components. Throughout construction, APD coordinated closely with the City to address existing conditions and ensure the new roofing system was properly integrated with the building while maintaining the performance standards required for the facility.

By improving the reliability and durability of the roof system, the project helps protect a facility that must remain prepared to support the City during emergency and operational needs. The completed work provides added protection to the building and contributes to the long-term resilience of an essential public facility serving the St. Cloud community.
