APD Construction was selected to complete a critical roof replacement project for a series of portable classroom buildings in St. Cloud, Florida for the School District of Osceola County. The scope involved the safe removal and disposal of existing aged roofing materials followed by the installation of new, durable roofing system designed to withstand Florida’s challenging weather conditions.

‍The project included thorough structural assessments, installation of peel and stick underlayment, soffit and class 3 asphalt shingles. Special care was taken to minimize disruption to the surrounding educational environment, ensuring a clean, secure job site at all times.
