Whitcomb Building GEOWEB System Installation

At the Whitcomb Building within the Orange County Corrections campus, APD Construction completed a specialized subsurface stabilization project using the Presto GEOWEB system. Following the demolition of deteriorated concrete, our team executed precision leveling, grout infill under the existing slab, and installed the 4” GW30V perforated geocell panels with stone fill.

The result was a reinforced, environmentally sound base that strengthens the existing infrastructure while minimizing the use of traditional construction materials. This project reflects APD’s commitment to leveraging green technologies for public infrastructure improvements.
